Discover abundant health

I help women navigating the demands of modern life, hormonal changes and burnout reconnect with their bodies and build lasting wellbeing naturally through food, yoga, rituals & rhythm.

Does this sound like you?

You know your body is asking for something different.

Perhaps you're...

  • constantly tired, even after sleeping

  • struggling with weight changes or bloating

  • feeling overwhelmed or anxious

  • sleep deprived and waking during the night

  • experiencing brain fog

  • noticing hormonal changes

  • looking for a natural and gentle way to feel your best

You don't need to push harder. Sometimes your body is simply asking to be understood and listened to.

Why this happens?

Somewhere along the way, many women stop listening to their bodies.

We become experts at pushing through exhaustion, ignoring stress and believing we simply need more willpower.

But often your body isn't failing you. It's communicating with you.

Rather than chasing another quick fix, we'll slow down and understand what your body is trying to tell you.

Yoga and Ayurveda offer a different approach.

Instead of fighting your body, they help you understand its changing needs by nourishing it deeply & creating simple daily rhythms that help restore balance, one step at a time.

These practices are designed to support your wellbeing alongside conventional healthcare.

Hi, I'm Jaia (Sadhana), founder of Aya.

I'm a Wellness Practitioner specialising in support for women. I am a qualified Yoga teacher, Ayurveda Coach & Reflexologist and a lifelong student of holistic wellbeing.

I’m passionate about supporting women cultivate greater balance, energy and ease in everyday life and preparing the body for a healthy perimenopause & menopause. I hope to be part of the growing movement shining a light on the importance of education and research for these transformative years in our life.

Having worked in corporate environments in AI, Finance & Teaching, I understand first-hand the realities of modern life: busy schedules and the challenge of caring for ourselves whilst balancing work, family and personal growth. Experiencing the impact stress & hormonal changes had on my health inspired the Aya Method - practical skills for abundant health for busy women.

My path into true wellbeing includes having spent several years as part of the team for a meditation centre in Portugal, immersed in contemplation and service with my beloved teacher and community. This is my grounding in what I regard as the heart of Yoga.

I give gratitude to all the wonderful people in my life who make my wildest dreams come true.

“I took a nidra class with Jaia and loved that attention was given to every single part of my body, I found it deeply nourishing and softened places where I felt a lot of physical tension. I’m currently having weekly sessions and will be using her YouTube recordings in between, thank you so much.”
